- Corrections. If you have found a number, citation, or statement that is wrong, tell us. Include the page URL, the specific text, and what you believe is correct, with a link to your source if possible. Verified corrections are applied quickly.
- Data. If you have access to a manufacturer document, test report, or utility guide that is relevant to a topic on this site and not already cited, we welcome the reference.
- Partnerships. We consider editorial partnerships with organisations that publish primary data on backup power, energy, or home safety. We do not accept paid placements in exchange for coverage.
We aim to respond within a few business days. We cannot answer questions about specific product recommendations or electrical installation details — for those, consult a licensed electrician or plumber.
